Sunday – June 16th 2013 – Welcome Reception starting at 7.p.m.
On Sunday evening there will be an official Welcome Reception at the Hessian Staatsarchiv from 7.00 p.m. (conference registration possible from 6.00 p.m.) until 9.00 p.m. with free welcome drinks and food buffet on the first floor (Karolinensaal) and background music by Mrs. Marianne Bouillot.
The Hessian Staatsarchiv is at the Karolinenplatz as well as Welcome Hotel, TU Main Building and the Darmstadtium where the conference starts on Monday afternoon.

Monday, June 17th – in the evening
7:30 p.m. – Dinner at Restaurant Frankenstein
in the surrounding of the „Green City“ – about 15 km distance to Darmstadt
bus shuttle every half hour starting from 6:00 p.m., in front of Venue „Darmstadtium“

Arriving early at Burg Frankenstein means you have enough time for taking a small walk in the surrounding of the old castle and to enjoy the wonderful views.
For castle-spotters: If you are interested in guidance there will be the possiblity of a guidance in English with duration of 30 to 40 minutes. (Please ask for this guidance at registration desk when getting the conference papers). Costs: Charitable contributions to the historic corporation on site desired.
Tuesday, June 18th – in the evening
Banquet at Castle Johannisberg

The distance from Darmstadt to the castle Johannisberg is about 70 km – a nice travel of about one hour through the state of Hesse passing the cities of Mainz and the Hessian capital Wiesbaden and the famous vineyards along the Rhine.

There will be a cocktail-reception outside of the castle (if the weather is fine) and a first-class menue in the mirror room on the fist floor with a beautiful view over the Rhine until about 11.00 p.m.with bus shuttle back to Darmstadt at 11.00 p.m. or 11.30 p.m.
Music will be performed by the quartett „Quadro Nuevo“. QUADRO NUEVO
